Order Delivery

We are constantly striving to make your shopping experience with Popplin a pleasant one. Since all articles are made on order, we currently offer delivery between 5-7 business days delivery within Pakistan. However, for urgent orders, we take between 3-4 business days with an additional fee Rs: 3,000/- 

Orders placed outside of working hours (9am-8pm) and/or during any public holidays will be deemed placed on the first working day following the order's submission. Delivery timelines are estimates and delay may inevitably occur. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Order delivery may face delays during promotion periods, sale season and public holidays. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your order or you request a postponement of the delivery. It is your duty to ensure you are available to receive the order delivery. 

Pre-Order Delivery

For all pre-order items, your order will be shipped based on the expected release date listed on the product page. However, if production is completed ahead of schedule, we will ship it earlier.

General Delivery Conditions

Although we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated in our order confirmation or displayed on our website or above, delivery timelines are estimates only. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Timelines start from order confirmation. However, if we have not delivered your order within 30 days of order confirmation, we will provide you with a full refund. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your order or request postponement.

Orders are delivered daily excluding Pakistan's public holidays. It is your duty to ensure appropriate access for deliveries, including in particular but without limitation on Fridays.
