General Conditions Applicable to Exchange Policy
Subject to meeting the conditions set out in this Returns and Exchanges section, we offer a “7 days" exchange policy which allows you to exchange delivered items to you for any reason up to 7 days after the delivery of your order, free of charge. Please note this policy does not apply to custom orders.
In order to qualify for an exchange, all items must be returned to us within 7 days of order receipt with the following conditions:
- Items must be unaltered, unused and in full sellable condition (or the condition in which they were received from us or our agents). Suits must be in brand-new condition and without any damage.
- Items must be in their original packaging/box/dust-cover and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached. Authenticity cards, where provided, should also be returned.
- The return must be accompanied by the original order confirmation.
- Please note, accessories and custom items cannot be returned.
- Made on order articles will not be exchanged.
- Retail articles can only be exchanged if the desired article/ size is available and in stock.
- You can exchange an item for a different size only if it's the same product.
- The exchange order is only created after the return is approved.

Exchanges are only for eligible items with the same price, located in the same warehouse, and must be returnable. Popplin has a strict no-refund, no return policy.
General Conditions Applicable to Return/Refund Policy
Popplin has a strict no-refund, no return policy. For custom orders, any changes required on color, fabric or size can only be made before the production. Once the order is in the process, changes then will not be entertained. However, if any concerns you can drop us a message with your order details and we will work on it.
- Delivery charges shall not be re-imbursed.
- No refund/ return for international or local orders.
Packaging
Please take care to preserve the condition of any product packaging as it was received. Damaged boxes may prevent re-sale and may mean that we cannot give you a full refund. Our agents may ask to inspect returned items at the point of collection but that initial inspection does not constitute a guarantee of your eligibility for an exchange.
Pre-Order Items
Exchange are only available within 7 days of receiving the order. All exchange for any Pre-Order item will be entertained if the article is available at the same price it was bought and if the desired size is available and in stock. Incase of shortage of size, the exchange will be catered once the desired size is back in stock. Please get in touch with our Customer Service representatives if you have any questions or concerns.
