DELIVERY INFORMATION
Domestic
- Free shipping in Pakistan for orders above PKR 30,000.
- PKR 250-300 will be charged for delivery of each order.
- Made on order products are to be shipped within 6-8 working days.
- Ready made retail articles are to be shipped within 2-3 days.
- However, due to high sale volume there may be a delay of additional 2-3 days.
- Payments where needed are to be kept ready at the time of delivery; else the product will not be handed over without complete payment.
- For urgent orders, extra Rs: 3,000 would apply. Urgent delivery lead time would be between 3-4 working days.
- Any order above Rs: 12,000 will have to be cleared online. (No COD)
- Prices can only be negotiated on bulk order 5+
International
- No free shipping for international orders.
- Delivery fee for international orders will be charged according to the current standard rates.
- All advance payments are to be cleared off prior to delivery.
- All orders will be delivered within 15-20 working days.
- However, due to high sale volume, there may be a delay of 5-7 days.
- Prices for international orders have the tendency to vary from prices on the website.
